His passion for food, wine and hospitality have always been a part of his inspiration in connecting businesses between different countries. His background includes the management of food and beverage, sales, and operations for many 5 star hotels across the world. He moved to the U.S. in the year 2000 with a goal to create opportunities that would connect people through dynamic cultural and culinary experiences. Today, Jerome is the Co-Founder of Southerleigh Hospitality Group.
