Justin Blumoff

Justin is an attorney residing in Austin, Texas. In addition to acting in his capacity as an attorney, Justin regularly advises clients in a variety of other arenas - He represents clients and business partners, both start-ups and mature organizations, and both in a legal capacity and advisory capacity, in areas including but not limited to governance, management, raising capital, intellectual property, licensing, lease / purchase negotiations, and product/market expansion. He has extensive experience advising in the retail, restaurant, brewery, manufacturing, real estate and personal services industries.

Justin was admitted to the Texas Bar after receiving his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2005 and his MBA at Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2004. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies.
